If your organization, school, or program is seeking free sports equipment, simply apply below. Upon acceptance, you’ll become a valued member of our TEAM and receive support from PlayitForward for your essential equipment needs over the course of one year.
HOW IT WORKS
You should apply if you meet the following criteria:
- Your organization directly serves youth between the ages of 3-18 years old in San Antonio
- Your organization serves youth in high poverty areas.
- Organization provides consistent access to physical activity for kids (physical activity can take many different forms and does not have to be a structured sports program)
Apply & Wait
After submitting your application, we’ll review it and get back to you as soon as possible. Following this, we’ll arrange a Zoom call or an in-person visit to get to know your program, making sure it’s a mutual fit.
Acceptance
Once accepted as a TEAM Member, you’ll gain access to exclusive benefits:
- Utilize our Equipment Warehouse by scheduling appointments to gather the equipment you require.
- Receive monthly inventory emails to stay updated on available resources.
- Enjoy priority notification about scholarship opportunities for club teams, camps, and training sessions.
